It looks as if there is no such option at this point in time - although that keyboard shortcut IS on the wishlist for Open Offices changes that people would like to see. A macro may be the only way to go on this one - <a href="http://www.ooomacros.org/user.php#104183">here is a link</a> to a site with a ready-made macro (listed under Change Case) Hope this helps
