 In Cognos 8.4 reports & graphs not displaying
Cognos 8.4, Cognos reports
In Cognos 8.4 reports normally have the combination of cross tabs and charts displayed, but now cross tab and list reports are coming correctly but charts are not coming...Please help to resolve

I would like to elaborate further…
In our Windows 2008 Server where Cognos 8.4 is loaded ,reports normally have the combination of cross tabs and charts displayed, however for the past 4 days now cross tab and list reports are coming correctly but chart image is not being displayed…In place of Chart it is showing X. The charts are not working for any of the studios in Cognos. In addition Report Studio is getting stuck on startup screen on “Loading Startup Information”. It is not going further & we cannot edit reports.
