When creating a calendar invite, how can we automatically invite several people using a predetermined distribution list? In effect we want to automatically address and send the invite to the same people without having to retype 16 people every time.

Software/Hardware used:
Lotus Notes 8.0 or higher

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

That would normally be done using a Public or Personal Group document. The calendar invitation form is designed to auto-expand the members of the Group when used in the Required or Optional invitees fields. The only thing to watch for is the possibility of the Group being pulled into the Recent Contacts and then not having it expand. If that happens, the group needs to be deleted from the Recent Contacts so that it will work as expected.
