In a server pool running under the window’s operating system is there a tool that would enable me to gather the count of reboots that occurred each month on the total pool?

Would the source of that reboot count be the error file maintained by the operating system?

And would that tool enable me the gather that count in a reasonable amount of time for a pool that had 1,000 servers or more?
