Two things (at least) stand in your way.
First, it’s probably illegal. Review your Microsoft licensing very carefully for references to Windows “Core” fonts.
Second, importation probably needs to be through the Create Font Resource (CRTFNTRSC) command. Review the [help] for that command to get a likely idea where the big obstacle comes in.
