I have been using CRM and i want to know how i would go about updating various crm contacts through the use of a spread sheet.
I want to be able to export a list of contacts and information into excel, update that spread sheet and then import it into CRM.
I have tried this but there is always an extremely high number of failed entries.
Any advice for the best process for updating contacts? there are over 4000 contacts and I am trying to come up with a method where I don't have to manually enter and alter each entry one at a time.
If anyone has any advice I would greatly appreciate it.
