Dear all,
I have imported a bunch of contacts incl. fax numbers in Outlook 2003 via a csv file. I placed the contacts in a Public Folders, which I marked to be usable a an address book. Now when I start the Fax Wizard in SBS2003, and I want to send a new fax using this address book, I don't see any contacts in this address book.
The strange thing is that when I open one of the contacts in that particular address I delete the fax number, save, reopen the contact, retype the fax number and save, the contacts magically does appear in the address book and I can use it in the Fax Wizard.
What am I doing wrong? The number of contacts is far to large to repeat the procedure above (+ 1500).
