i have a data on my excel sheet its from filing data like complete mail address form how i auto fill data directly to web

Which data contain in excel sheet ! is it simple data / so complicated  formula  and dates also….. how do u fetch from data to a web page without any proper program! which kind of web page / programs u have….. “from filing data like complete mail address” most probably it is form filling web page where ur page takes data from users. Did u keep excel data as back end, more details r requires to fulfill ur Q.
