A Quality Process is a standard that need not be changed according to project. It is something like Strategy. What needs to be changed according to project is the test requirements, test plan, test cases which will depend on the testing needs (functional, load, performance etc.), requirements, business rules, application architecture etc. and this will decide about which testers, tools, and methodology to be used.
