		<description><![CDATA[Try Enterprise Vault from Symantec or Quest has software for Archiving, I agree with LonwolfBW in using windows quotas however archiving can be a big piece of work and expensive in some respects, the more automated you go add a zero in £($).

		<description><![CDATA[I personally use File Server Resource Manager in Windows 2003 Server, to implement quotas on my file server.

I like it because it allows me to place quotas on individual folders, rather than being restricted to a quota by user on an entire volume/partition.]]></description>
