I'm researching the affects of using the "at" sign in a college program name (ex. Program@CollegeName) on general technical processes and would appreciate any advice. Perhaps someone has any experience with such....? Thanks.

What programming language? What environment will it be run in ? I tend to stay away from special symbols in program name. Especially the one used in an e-mail address. Is there a specific need to use special characters or is it something that already exists that you are trying to maintain?
