The small "Ask a Question" box found in the right sidebar of almost every page doesn't show the toolbar - but if you go to the full featured <a href="http://itknowledgeexchange.techtarget.com/itanswers/ask_question/">Ask a Question</a> page (see Tab at the top of the page) - you'll see a row of buttons, including an "img" or Image button. Use that to enter the path to the image. We don't currently allow direct image uploads.
