I'm trying to debug an abended job and I'm getting a rc=1000 for IKJEFT01. Anybody have any ideas what this indicates?

    Either the original RC is being overwritten (you may need to look in the core dump to see what the real code is), or the application is generating the RC, in which case you will need to look in the source code to figure it out. I don't have an IBM messages and codes book, but if you do, there may be a sub-code associated with the RC=1000 which can also help. Best of luck
