SBMJOB CMD(QSH CMD(‘ls -AFR1 /’)) JOB(QSHPRT)

You might try first with just /home rather than starting at the /root directory. It’s likely to be a lengthy list if you start at /root. You might also submit the job when nothing else is going on.
