Jaideep is absolutely correct: you need either to contact the testing center where you took that exam (where you passed, presumably) or contact Cisco certification directly to determine the holdup. They usually issue the paperwork/digital notification within 45 days of the exam, so something is definitely out of whack here. You can use your Cisco ID (which you will find on the exam score report–or marksheet as you called it in your posting) to sign into the Certification Tracking System to check your status. That’s what I would recommend doing first and foremost.
