		<description><![CDATA[Which version of IE are you installing over? And, are you installing IE 8 via WSUS or Windows Update path? I had this happen when installing from IE 6 to 8.

We had to use http://www.update.microsoft.com/microsoftupdate/v6/default.aspx?ln=en-us in order to get any updates to run.]]></description>
