 Ideal memory for DB2 (V8 fixpak17a) on 64 bit Linux (SLES10SP2) box.
We are running one instance of DB2 (V8 fixpak17a) on 64 bit Linux (SLES10SP2) box. this box is dedicated to Db2. We have 32G of memory. I would like to know what is the ideal amount of memory to be allocated to DB2 and how much for the OS? Also how much of swap space should we have?
