 Icon Resizing from 16×16 to 32×32 or vice versa
Icon Resizing
Hi All, I have some icons of big size with ico extension and i want to convert/resize into 16x16 size. i have tried many different softwares but after changes, it does not remain icon any more even it has ico extension after resizing. Is there any software freeware for the solution to my problem. Thanx in Advance m4atiq

I tried IrfanView a freeware software easily downloadable it worked fine for me.
