IBM – iseries access for windows running an Automated Macro via Scheduled Tasks
I am trying to create a schedule job to run at night to process my Pharmacy Dayend by executing a .ws session then running a macro. Although I was able to execute the iSeries Access program to come up, I was unable to make the macro run itself using the Scheduled Task from Windows XP professional. Does anyone have a clue on how to run a macro once the program has been executed ?

create a separate .ws for this process, and then start it up manually, go into EDIT - PREFERENCES - MACRO/SCRIPT and select the macro that you want to automatically run everytime the session starts up in the futire.
Note, the macro will need to handle signing in, etc. as it will run as soon as the session connects to the box.
