IBM i AS/400 Disk Failed

I'm relatively new to AS/400 System admin and now faced with a failed disk on my system(9406 - 520) V5R4M5.
When working with disk status (WRKDSKSTS) F11, the display screen appear as:
--Protection--
Unit ASP Type Status Compression
1 1 DPY UNPROT
2 1 DPY UNPROT
3 1 DPY UNPROT
4 1 DPY FAILED
Working with SST also display error on this disk. Technical support is provided by our external service provided.
Any technical advice will really help.

what raid are u using? if it is 5, then u can hot swap the thing..
and sorry to flood, get IBM to change ur hdd..there is an option that u can connect the as400 to have a telephone line that will directly inform IBM if there is any hardware failure..
An answer depends on what support contracts that you have. If you have support for your hardware, place a support call to have the disk replaced. If you don’t then search for a replacement drive on the internet, order two of them (to have a spare) and replace the drive.
A bunch of possible directions can be gone along. Since WRKDSKSTS is working, you have some likely time to act; but don’t wait.
