Q:
IBM 4224 Configuration Display
How do you display the current configuration on your IBM 4224-101? Does anyone have detailed steps? I have a new 4247-X03 and need it configured exactly like my old 4224-101.

Thanks!

DSPDEVD xxxx

Is this a z/VM command? The platform we are using is a z/OS. Is there a way to print the configuration and change the configuration of the printer from the printer? The interface doesn’t look very friendly (no Operator Display, just a few buttons).

Sorry, I was looking at this from an AS400 viewpoint.

Thank you CharlieBrowne… I think I may have found the answer:

Press STOP
press and hold ALT and press TEST until it displays 301
then press start and it should print out its config
