Your Comments & suggestions: <b>quite good as per your certificates in WinRunner, LoadRunner, TD and Manual Testing. But I fail to understand why after 7 years of good QA experience in non-IT you want to move to IT as a tester, as you are already an MR and growing well, I suppose. If you join a software company as a tester, be sure that you will be starting your career from scratch. Transition from an MR to a tester could be painful (initially).</b>

And as my my latest understanding and learning on six sigma (got certified in green belt xis sigma), i can tell you that it is fantastic. even if you have experience in six sigma in non-IT, you can do wonders in IT too. go ahead. and good luck.
