I want to setup a conference room and have only one security group in AD have the ability to book the room. We currently have 6 conference rooms but everyone has the ability to invite the conf room to a meeting (via a resource) and it will auto book on the resources calendar. Can I do that for just the VP group in AD? Or does Domain Users have to be a member of the resource?
