If your technical team does not have knowledge so provide a training for them. What did you want, this is not so an easy task. You mentioned technical team, not developer team, so is their any one who has knowledge of programming. For develop app for android, you can download/ install android studio, but necessary knowledge is necessary. This is here: https://developer.android.com/training/basics/firstapp/index.html

And for iOS, you can try with swift/xcode and it can help you for the same job.

Who designed your current website or did you do this with a web site building tool? If you have someone that is even a little technical check out this site. It has a good tutorial on building your first Android App

I have my own developer team but they built websites only. Now, as you suggested I am going to organize a training module for them to built my app. But, tell me which platform should I prefer, react native or native apps?

This sounds like a great opportunity to outsource. That's probably the only feasible technical and business solution if time is of the essence. Searching "mobile app developer" or similar should yield some results you can pursue.

You could just make sure that your site is responsive, so it can be browsed correctly from mobile phones.

If your developers already work with .NET technology, you might want to look into Xamarin, which allows you to build Android and iOS apps using C#, and you can share a good part of your code between the versions for each platform, so it can help you save time too.

I suspect that you'll be better off providing a web interface for this before trying to create an "app" for both platforms. A web interface is likely to give you and your team everything you'll need to know about what an "app" might need to do. At the same time, it seems likely that an "app" won't even be needed.
