I want to create a Hotspot Button in Lotus Notes 8

I would like to create a Hotspot Button that when clicked on by the recipient it generates a return email sent to me with the following reply: "Yes, I am attending this event." and then closes my email that was sent to them and marks it as read.

Create your button (Create->Hotspot->Button).
Set whatever properties you want (label, size, etc.).
For the code, set the dropdowns to Client and Simple action(s).
Click Add Action.
Set Action dropdown to Send Mail Message.
Fill in the rest of the information (To, Subject, etc).
Click Add.
Click Add Action.
Set the Action dropdown to Mark Document Read.
Click Add.
Click Add Action.
Set Action dropdown to @Function Formula.
Leave radio button option alone.
Click @Commands.
Select CloseWindow.
Click Paste.
Click Add.
You’re done.

    What about if you want the button to create a calendar entry and fill into a data base the name of the confirm person? :S Help please
