My company uses Exchange & Outlook 2007. For the sake of this scenario, my company has a public folder named email@example.com. Two users John Doe, and Jane Smith access the orders folder. EX. John Doe logs in first and replies to the email. The email has John Doe's email address in the From: box the email looks like its coming from firstname.lastname@example.org. How can I configure public folders so that if John or Jane log in the email the reply looks like it is coming from email@example.com? Thanks for the help its greatly appreciated.
Software/Hardware used: Windows Server 2008 OS Domain level 2008 Exchange 2007, Outlook 2007
