I need to reply to emails from my public folders
My company uses Exchange & Outlook 2007.  For the sake of this scenario, my company has a public folder named orders@abc.com.  Two users John Doe, and Jane Smith access the orders folder.  EX. John Doe logs in first and  replies to the email.  The email has John Doe's email address in the From: box the email looks like its coming from jdoe@abc.com.  How can I configure public folders so that if John or Jane log in the email the reply looks like it is coming from orders@abc.com?  Thanks for the help its greatly appreciated.

Software/Hardware used:

Answer Wiki:
Create a contact in Exchange which has the correct name and email address listed. Give John and Jan access to send as this email address. When they reply to emails they will need to change the from field in Outlook to this address. There's no way to make this automatic.
