Q:
i need to expand into the 900 number service
i am looking into expanding my call center to offer a pay per minute call service, not sex related, i need to know what equipment i would need to accomidate approximatly 500 calls per day at 10 stations using a voip system from aptela. do i need to make individual contracts with each phone company in the us? would it be tracked through my equipment? where can find answers? i have been going rounds with these fictisious services that claim to offer the whole deal for thousands of dollars down and promise to pay two months later? on top of that i can can not talk to a live person or even find a real adress for some of theser services? can anyone help

Assuming you already have a call center setup (which it sounds like you do) all you should need to do is contact your local phone provider (same person who currently provides your lines) and tell them you want to setup a 1-900 service. They should be able to get you all setup with the number and routing the number to your existing phone system. The phone companies do all the collecting and billing as far as I know.
