I need someones immediate help

I have a company they have 45 PCs, 4 different locations nationally, 2 global, and also need wireless for conference rooms, factory sections and employee acess in the break area. They need to have enough bandwidth not only to supporrt uploading but also downloading for the offices employees laptops, and factory wireless. What devices will the  company need? What source cable, T1, T3, fiber optic, satellite used? What OSI layer will each devices use? I need a response to this asap!
