		<description><![CDATA[I concur with the above that it is probably what your professor is looking for. However, I believe that it is technically incorrect. A CLI is a prompt driven interface where the user interacts with a system by typing in commands (hence, command line). It is quite possible to build textual user interfaces with mouse input using MSDOS and associated utilities (ANSI.SYS, mouse.com, etc). It is probably more correct to state that MSDOS (and kin, like CPM, Linux, etc) presents a textual display to the user.
