Ohooh ! u need to disclose more here to get almost correct ans. which os u r using…. wind / linux / mac. Generally Linux configures the HW part during installation. It is very rare case to install SW for built-in HW in this os. But if u r using Windows(hope so) then check either u installed the proper sw for sound / check the speaker by replacing another one / test this with another pc. Also pc configuration is necessary.
