You should work with the placement office at your college.  You may be able to find an internship for college credit as well as getting paid.

    Check job portal/ news papers for ur job related. There r lots of company which hires fresher people. Also take part of job fair/ contact with good job placement/ staffing agency.

    I you are still in college you may look to see if they can point you to an internship to start getting exp. Keep in touch with you college friends in the same field, they may hear of an opening you don't. Also there are a lot of job websites out there. Our local cable channel even has an on demand feature listing jobs all across the country. There are some site you can post your resume and let the employer look for you. We have hired a few interns at our company that have now become full time employees now.

    Every school system needs technicians, public school/private school/your school..

    Perhaps you can do an internship at your school.

    Larger employers, retail computer stores, PC support companies.

    City/County/State government agencies.
