Just go to your programs menu, find the Facebook program link, right click it, and click on Create shortcut for desktop.

That probably deends on what you mean by “Facebook icon”. Are you asking about an icon on your PC desktop that you use as a shortcut to open the Facebook web site? Or did you create an icon object that you use in development to indicate a Facebook link? Or are you asking about an “icon” that you use as an avatar for Facebook? What OS are you running? How do you use the “icon”? — Tom

…when I like on the Facebook Home Page show in my start menu.

What is the “start menu”? Is that a Windows Start menu? If so, the Facebook Home Page doesn’t appear there; it would appear in a browser window. And where does any message appear when you “like” on the Home Page? Or is “like” a typo?

Can you describe the business problem that you are having? If you’re having one, we might be able to help if we know more about the context.

Or is this an issue simply with using Facebook? If so, you should be asking the Facebook Support group. The creators of Facebook don’t tell everyone how all of their stuff works. Much of it is private business, and others don’t have all of the privileged information. You can’t expect the best answers until after you determine what their Support group can tell you.
