 I just deploy additional enterprise exchange server under the same domain and patch it with exchange sp2

I just deploy additional enterprise exchange server under the same domain and patch it with exchange sp2 however when I try to browse the http virtual server under the new server I got this error massage The parameter is incorrect "facility : win32 ID no:c0070057 exchange system manager"
