MONITOR
I hooked my laptop (Toshiba Satellite L675) to a Dynex monitor a couple of months ago( because the laptop screen cracked) and it had been working just fine up until today. I didn't do anything but turn on the laptop and the monitor and it just said "Unsupported signal". It was raining heavily at the time, but there wasn't a big storm or anything, so I don't think that has to do anything with it. The problem is I can't do anything with the laptop as I can't see anything on it's display. Does anybody know what I can do?

try dropping your laptop resolution and see if it works
