Did you download and install the most current version of Active Sync Mobile Administration Web Tool? What version did you install? If you do not have the most current version I suggest you download it and install it. Also did you install the correct version for your environment? There are three versions and your exchange environment determines which one to use.

Are these the steps you follow? You open the web page, select remote wipe, enter the name of the user to which the device belonged, and under action it just says block or delete? I have to admit I have never seen block as an option when I do this, I only see wipe or delete, You might want to give MS a call on this one.

Did you ever resolve this? I am having the same problem: Mobile Admin displays options to Block or Delete but not to wipe (and I need to wipe the device!)
