Exchange 2003, Event ID, Event ID 1000, Outlook 2003, Outlook, Native Mode, Event Viewer

I have an Exchange Server 2003 running in Native Mode. The Clients are running Outlook 2003 and are not sending/receiving messages. The clients appear to sync with the Exchange Server when send/receive is clicked but nothing happens. The System Manager shows the server available. The event viewer shows one occasional error as listed below:

Source: Microsoft Exchange EventID:1000
(Faulting application inetinfo.exe, version 5.0.2195.6620, stamp 3de2893b, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, stamp 00000000, debug? 0, fault address 0x0000001f. )

I am uncertain if the error is related to messaging not working or another issue. Can you suggest some isolation tips?

Another question for you, when you hit send/receive do you get the progress window? If so does it show completed with nothing on the errors tab? Have you checked the application event logs on the client side pc?
