I have a user who received an email into his Outlook 2007 mailbox that he can not delete. It gives an "access denied" when trying to delete, move to another folder, or forward the email. Any suggestions as to what might be causing the problem?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Maybe correct cache file for Exchange on PC. Would delete profile and re-create.

If happening for more then 1 user may be corrupt db priv1.edb you will need to run eseutil to check the db.

Make sure you backup whatever you have first.

Cheers
Daryl
