 I have a user who received an email into his Outlook 2007 mailbox that he can not delete
I have a user who received an email into his Outlook 2007 mailbox that he can not delete. It gives an "access denied" when trying to delete, move to another folder, or forward the email. Any suggestions as to what might be causing the problem?

maybe correct cache file for Exchange on PC .
