I have a customer where we installed a new Exchange Server 2007, we made the migration of Exchange Server 2003. Since this time, each time the customer creates a new mailbox count, recorded information is not updating instantly.
Besides, when the customer takes away a mailbox when an employee leaves the firm, his mailbox count always appears in the common list. And to correct the whole, the customer says to me that he must re-install Exchange Server so that this information can put on in day.
This customer would like well that everything is automatically made. When it created a new, that it is approachable immediately in the common list and that when he takes away a mailbox, that this one is not any more listed.
This is my problem and I shall be very thankful to you if ever you can put my technician on the good way because my customer begins getting impatient.
