I get blue screen and physical memory dump on exchnage server connection configuration


Windows XP, Exchange Server, Blue Screen of Death, Outlook 2003, Outlook, Exchange

I have exchange server 2003 on server and windows XP SP2 installed on my PC.
I want to define new account on MS outlook 2003 to connect to exchange server, but as soon as I enter the server anem and username, I got blue screen with physical memory dump.
other users are working in our corporate network, but only I have this problem.

It would help to know what the blue screen error message is. Next time this happens, write down the error code. If the computer automatically restarts before you can see it, disable Automatic Restart by going to Control Panel > System > Advanced > Startup and Recovery > Settings and clear the Automatically restart box.
