If you did not change the default “username” and “password” that was preset on your wireless router, then you should be able to find the authentication credentials on the device (normally on a sticker, or printed on the device itself).
However, if you have changed the default “username” and “password” for your wireless router; you will need to carry out a “hard reset” in order to reset the authentication credentials to their default values.
