I don’t receive email from just one user
Hi, I have two Exchange 2003 servers. Both are working fine, but I have just one user who I don't receive mails from. I think that this user can't send email to users in the other Exchange server, bu he doesn't receive any errors. Any idea?

Answer Wiki:
Use email tracking to determine if the emails are being sent. Also check your spam folder and rules to make sure you are not mishandling the emails by accident. I used email tracking and looks like fine. I have GFI Mail Essentials and the monitor shows me that email was processed ok. Both mailbox belong to the same domain. I moved the mailbox to other Exchange server and worked, but I don't want to get the same issue in the future with other mailboxes.

You moved the mailbox to the other server you say. So this issue was just occuring with the one user on the original mail server you set it up on? And now it works since you moved it? Have you tried setting up a test mailbox on the “troublesome” server to see if you can replicate the problem? Could have just been an anomoly.

I couldn’t replicate that issue. All others mailboxes are working perfectly on that server.
