Answer Wiki:
Dear, everybody has Interview Fever ! including me. Have u worked earlier / did any kind of job (might be a little) in the past. I have also this kind of probs. But now almost I overcome this issue. Coz, right now I have a job, if the job which I go for an interview, not click for me, so it does not matter for me. But this is my case. But as a fresher What u will do to overcome this issue !!. First collect some interview Q relate the same and stand in front of mirror, u see ur clone on the mirror, now start questing from ur collection and again answer with confidence.... and of-course maintain eye-contact. Think as to look into the eyes of the persons sitting opposite to u at the time of interview. Don't show over smart in front of the persons, who take the same. Calm and show ur confidence and also body language is matter. If u don't know answer of any Q, which asks during an interview, don't waste time as loitering, better accept that, u don't know answer. Ignore "May be" / "If it is possible" that kind of words during interview. Don't show any cause, if u unable to provide solid answer. Never ask a Q against their Q. Don't rub ur fingers on ur head / hairs, during interview session or when u take some time to search the answer for the same. It indicates ur lack of confidence. Don't close ur eyes at the time of answering any Q. Be friendly and try to show ur knowledge. Before going for an interview, if possible, try to collect more and more info about this company / organization. Don't bargain for the salary, but of-course u may ask for the salary and other perks at the end of the interview. Maintain the dress code if the company requires. Last but not least, speak with very soft and low voice. But care that, it can reach to the persons' ears who sit opposite. That can not produce such kind of words / sentences like.... "What are you saying ! " or What did you said !" or Please tell us once more!" or that kind of other words ! If possible, try to arrange ur CV as small as much. Coz, long CV can not produce better result. If possible, u may get help from professional stuffing firms. Hope it may help u !
