 error: you can’t delete rules using OWA
Exchange 2003, Outlook, Outlook Web Access, OWA
Hi; one user in my organization is getting his mailbox through OWA. when he is trying to delete the rules he has created using MS Outlook,but he is unable to do that,he is getting an error "you can't delete rules using OWA," while other user are able to do the same.

His rules may be client side rules. If they are I believe that they need to be deleted from the client not OWA.
