I cannot locate the jcb.dll file needed to run Eseutil on a computer without Exchange server on it


Exchange Server, JCB.DLL, Exchange Server Database Utilities, Eseutil utility

I cannot locate the jcb.dll file needed to run Eseutil on a computer without Exchange server on it. Where is it and do I need it?
