I am currently working offline in Lotus Notes. I have sent an email that I would have preferred not to have sent. As I haven't yet gone online since sending the email, can I prevent it from being sent when I go online? Does the delete button in the sent folder prevent the email from going when I go back online?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

When you send an email from Lotus Notes in an offline state, the sent email is stored in the local database called
“mail.box”. It’s possible to open that database and delete the e-mail before replication. If you do that, then the
email will NOT be sent at time of replication.

Editing or deleting the email from your mail database (Sent View), will have NO effect on the outcome of the email
because that’s just a copy saved for your own records.

P.S. Sorry if this is difficult to read. Word wrapping is not working on either Safari or FireFox for the Mac.
