I am trying to create conference rooms, and use them as resources within Outlook. We have Exchange server 2003. I followed the steps to create a resource from many different sites, as they are all the same. However, whenever I try to reserve/schedule a conference room for a particular time, Outlook shows "No information available" for that particular resource (conference room). I am not sure what I should be looking for.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Check to see if you have the resource listed in your Contacts or your Auto complete drop down list. If so, delete them. Then start a new meeting and select the resource from the Global Address List (GAL).
Something else to try if the above does not work.
Log into the computer using the resource account.
Then launch Outlook with the “/cleanfreebusy” switch.
The syntax will be something like:
(select “run” from the start menu and then type this in the box)

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\Outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy

You might have to substitute the correct version number in place of 11 if you don’t have Outlook 2003. The free and busy information should now be showing up.
Good Luck!
