Hi, I have a problem syncing exchange with outlook. I am running windows server 2003 SP2. I have got a user in a global group but the user for some reason does not appear in the list when i open outlook 2003. All the other users are there except for this particular user. We are an estate agent with two different department, lettings and sales. All lettings have a global list as do the sales. The user is a member of the lettings group. For some reason when anyone sends a email using the lettings global list this user is not there when you go into properties. But he is definitely in there as i have checked in AD. The other users are all there!!!

Answer Wiki:
Has the user been marked as hidden in Exchange? Can you see the user in other AD groups. It could simply be that the Outlook client has a cached version of the DL downloaded and you need to wait for Exchange to download an updated version.
