Hi, I have a problem syncing exchange with outlook. I am running windows server 2003 SP2. I have got a user in a global group but the user for some reason does not appear in the list when i open outlook 2003. All the other users are there except for this particular user. We are an estate agent with two different department, lettings and sales. All lettings have a global list as do the sales. The user is a member of the lettings group. For some reason when anyone sends a email using the lettings global list this user is not there when you go into properties. But he is definitely in there as i have checked in AD. The other users are all there!!!

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Has the user been marked as hidden in Exchange? Can you see the user in other AD groups.

It could simply be that the Outlook client has a cached version of the DL downloaded and you need to wait for Exchange to download an updated version.
